Trunnion Dredge Hose

DG-V Abrasion Resistant Vacuum Dredging Hose is a steel reinforced hose designed to meet the stringent requirements of cutter dredging.

Instead of the usual spring steel wire reinforcement of standard mud hoses, this trunnion or trapezoidal hose has an integral steel ring for flexibility under high loads and full vacuum.

Internal abrasion-resistant rubber resists abrasive materials such as high solids concentrations of soft clay, sand and silt. The outer cover protects against UV rays, ozone and external abrasion. Flexible rubber construction provides rotation or movement in the field and minimizes misalignment and vibration.
