Floating Ceramic Hose
Ceramic rubber hoses are designed for applications with severe wet sliding wear and erosion that can quickly wear out conventional rubber mining hoses. Fine-grained alumina tiles are integrated into rubber using a thermal vulcanization process. This creates a seamless surface so the ceramic block cannot debond. Inlaid in rubber means the tile absorbs and dissipates impact, while the reinforced rubber absorbs noise and vibration.
